The Light Well Intervention vessel lost the Well Control Package during a subsea re-connection operation. After being disconnected due to bad weather, the vessel was about to re-connect the WCP running tool to the WCP when the incident occurred. The Well Control Package fell off the subsea well when the vessel was in process of installing the guide wires.

Prosub assisted the Client with surveys to identify possible damages incurred to the vessel itself.
